Professionals using Reliance Pros are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, partners, or franchisees of Reliance Pros or Reliance Restoration Inc.
Pros are responsible for their own work methods, tools, taxes, permits, safety practices, and legal obligations.
Compliance Requirements
Pros may be required to provide accurate identity, WSIB, insurance, experience, service area, and compliance information before approval and while active on the platform.
Pros must keep WSIB and liability insurance information current where required and must notify Reliance Pros if coverage changes, expires, is cancelled, or becomes inaccurate.
Jobs, Cancellations, and Conduct
Pros should accept only jobs they are qualified and available to perform. Pros must communicate professionally, arrive as scheduled, perform work safely, and update job status accurately.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, poor communication, unsafe conduct, or inaccurate documents may affect access to jobs or lead to account restrictions.
Ratings, Reviews, and Payout Rules
Customer reviews and internal quality notes may affect trust indicators, job access, and marketplace standing. Pros must not manipulate reviews or pressure customers for false feedback.
Payout timing, holds, adjustments, dispute reviews, refunds, chargebacks, and fees may affect final amounts paid to pros.
